The government has decided to link twin cities’ Metro Bus Project to Murree Expressway.
Arrangements are underway to work out a PC-1 for extending the project from Faizabad to Murree Expressway. Punjab Metro Bus Authority will evolve a route map through satellite and the estimate of the project will be given a final shape.
Well placed sources said that construction work on Metro Bus Project from Faizabad to Murree Expressway will be started after inauguration of the Metro bus service. The government has decided to work out a map for allocating land for this purpose, the sources said. Stations will be set up from Murree Expressway to Faizabad and Central Station Murree, Toll Plaza Murree Road will be linked to Bara Kahu, Milpur and Islamabad club.
