ISLAMABAD-

Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah on Monday declined the possibility that the country would be paralysed on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf(PTI) chief Imran khan’s call, private media reported.

While speaking to media outside the Parliament,  Shah said that both the parties Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz(PMLN) and PTI were responsible for the political instability in the country.

Criticizing the government he said that the stance of government to not negotiate with PTI was disappointing.

He also urged government to hold talks with PTI otherwise the government is liable to weaken its position.

The response of the Opposition leader came after a call given by PTI chief  to paralyse major cities in the first phase and eventually shutting down the entire country by Dec 16.
