Let’s ace Bhakkar by-polls, Qadri tells PAT workers

Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri has asked his workers to work for the success of the party’s candidate in the Bhakkar by-polls.

Speaking to local leaders of Bhakkar at his residence, the PAT chief said the Punjab government would not like success of Nazar Abbas, the candidate representing PAT in Bhakkar by-elections, and a real opposition in the provincial assembly.

Qadri also condemned killings and attacks on polio workers in Quetta and Lahore, asking the government to use force against state enemies instead of political workers. Expressing grief over loss of lives in accident, he said road accidents are routine matter but the government was not serious in dealing with the issue.

Earlier speaking to people after Friday prayer, Qadri said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif went to Kathmandu only to shake hand with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He also stated that Modi showed his rigid attitude during the summit in order to stop Nawaz from talking about fake elections in Occupied Kashmir and violations of international borders by Indian forces.

He was of the opinion that if there is a parliament, it should ask question from the prime minister over his silence on the issue. He asked his workers that soon he will start his mission again after recovering from illness.
