Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will reportedly not participate in the party’s foundation day celebrations that will be held in two parts, said the senior leadership of PPP in a meeting held in Lahore.

According to reports, the senior leadership of PPP is worried about Bilawal’s absence because they have already used Bilawal’s name to publicise the party’s foundation day celebrations.

PPP will reportedly first celebrate the foundation day in Lahore on November 30 and will again gather for celebrations on December 2 at Bilawal House. PPP Punjab members will participate in the first half of the event, while PPP workers and leaders from all over Pakistan, including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) will participate in the second part of the celebrations to be held in Karachi.

PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari will be the chief guest at both the events and party leaders have confirmed that Bilawal will not be able to participate in either of the ceremonies.
