PESHAWAR-
Chief of banned militant outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) narrowly escaped a US drone strike in Nangarhar province of Afghanistan, near the Pakistani border.
According to reports, Fazalullah was present in Nizyan area of the province where the drone strike took place. The TTP, however, escaped the strike in which five others were killed. His whereabouts are now unknown.
Officials, while speaking to media outlets, have confirmed the event.
