Park Enclave housing project at full swing: CDA

The development work in Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) unique Park Enclave housing project is at full swing while CDA has also sought applications for balloting of residential plots measuring one and two kanals.

The plots will be allotted through balloting process and advertisement. Moreover, it has already been floated in the newspapers so that people can own their houses in this unique housing project.

A high level meeting, chaired by CDA Chairman Maroof Afzal, was held at CDA headquarters to review the progress of development work at Park Enclave Housing Project.

While expressing his satisfaction over on-going development work, the CDA chairman directed the concerned formations to complete development work within stipulated time without compromising the quality of work. He further directed to submit a detailed progress report on the development work on daily basis.

The CDA chairman directed the project director to ensure quality and timely completion of development work in Park Enclave Housing Project.

The development work in Park Enclave Housing Project would cost approximately Rs 1.24 billion; which includes construction of major roads, service roads, streets, footpaths, drainage system, water supply lines with complete water supply system, sewerage system, construction of bridges and culverts.
