Orders have been issued to ensure foolproof security in Fouji Foundation Hospital Rawalpindi (FFHR) after a threatening letter was received.
Sources said National Counter Terrorism Authority (NCTA) on the basis of secret information has issued terror threats alert and informed the home department Punjab, regional police officer Rawalpindi and concerned security agencies that letter containing threats for targeting hospital staff and patients has been received in FFHR from some unidentified people. These persons have planned to enter into hospital in the guise of ladies patients along with arms.
Sources said that directives have been issued to Rawalpindi CPO and concerned SP to ensure foolproof security arrangements in this hospital.
