At least five suspects and owner of the brick kiln involved in Kot Radha Kishen incident were sent to jail on judicial remand on Wednesday.
After 10 days physical remand, brick kiln owner Yousaf along with five other suspects were presented in the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore.
Lawyers of suspects denied the allegations of Kot Radha Kishen incident and revealed that the name of brick kiln owner has been filed due to pressure.
Interrogation officer has requested the court to extend physical remand as investigation is underway.
Moreover, the judge has sent brick kiln owner and 45 other suspects to jail by rejecting the request of extension for physical remand.
Moreover, remaining 16 suspects have been handed over to police on three days physical remand.
