Private students banned from appearing in science subjects

Rawalpindi Intermediate and Secondary Education Board (RISEB) has imposed ban on private students to appear in examination in science subjects.

The private students and All Pakistan Private Schools Management Association Rawalpindi have voiced strong protest against this decision of RISEB.

The private students said that all other education boards in Punjab including Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sahiwal and Mir Pur Azad Kashmir have not imposed any such bar but it is only RISEB which has gone to extreme end in punishing the private students of the offence not known to them. This is high drama of brutalities the board is playing to paralyze the mental faculties the private students who cannot attain science education through government schools because of their engagement in jobs in day time.

The private students have demanded of Punjab government to take notice of the anti education move initiated by RISEB and direct it to withdraw the orders of banning them from appearing in science subjects examination.
