Khan accuses Nawaz, Zardari of making London plan

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan Tuesday claimed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and former president Asif Ali Zardari held a secret meeting in London to discuss the PTI’s upcoming rally on November 30 in Islamabad.

“Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari met in Churchill Hotel recently as they are scared of our Nov 30 sit-in. This is the real London plan,” Khan said while addressing the participants of his sit-in protest.

Khan said that PTI workers were not involved in an attack on Pakistan Television (PTV) building.

“Former MD PTV appeared in a TV show and said that pictures released by the government showing PTV attackers were actually of employees of the state-run TV,” he said.

Criticising the premier without naming him, the PTI chief claimed that the person who is involved in the killing of people in Model Town has got him declared a proclaimed offender.

“If we won’t stand up and resist these criminals, they will crush us,” Khan said.

He said that the Japanese PM had resigned due to recession in economy. “But in Pakistan, PM has done money laundering and committed murder but never tendered resignation,” the PTI chairman said.
