Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) on Monday said that they would welcome Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan in Larkana and he was free to conduct political rallies across the province.
Referring to the situation of Thar, he said the reason of children’s death must be probed.
Muhammad Hussain of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) said it was Imran Khan’s right to conduct rallies and the government must refrain from creating any obstructions. The MQM had nothing to with attack on Water Board Employees, he added.
Expressing grave concern over worse situation of water in the metropolis, he said Karachi only received 30 to 35pc of water. He further said that conspiracies were being hatched against the MQM.
