Minister for Information Senator Pervaiz Rashid on Friday said it was the police’s job to implement the arrest warrants issued by an anti-terrorism court for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
Talking to reporters at Parliament House, Rashid hoped that the PTI chief would appear before the court given how he preached about the rule of law.
Rashid said that Khan had instigated the people through his speeches to attack PTV and other government institutions, adding that if the PTI chief realised his mistakes, he would be welcomed back into the parliament.
