A suspect person was arrested from Sadiqabad area on Tuesday after security officials received a tip off of the presence of a bomb in the area.
According to details, the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) was called after information was received about the presence of a bomb at Sadiqabad Chowk.
The BDS officials declared the area clear after a thorough search. CPO Rawalpindi Bashir Tarar said a suspect was arrested from the spot. The arrested suspect is being interrogated.
