Over Rs two million were spent on security arrangements during Muharram 9.
According to details, as many as 1,084 police and Rangers personnel including 4 SPs, 12 ASPs, 21 inspectors and 122 sub-inspectors were deployed on security during Muharram 9 in the capital city.
While 60 vehicles, four ambulances, a bomb disposable squad vehicle and two signal jammers vehicles were provided bringing the total cost to Rs 2 million.
