Sharif brothers’ bad luck is that those who benefit by them the most ultimately betray them. Tahirul Qadri was an unknown entity before Mian Sharif patronised him. Later Nawaz Sharif, as chief minister of Punjab, allotted Qadri valuable land in the heart of the city and helped him establish his grand Minhaj structure. Qadri’s rise from a nonentity to recognition was beholden to the Sharifs. Allama was to damage the Sharifs the most. Now comes PML(N) Senator Zulfiqar Khosa who appeared on various TV channels with a main gripe, among others, against the Sharifs that they did not give tickets to his son Dost Khosa. Dost did not get the ticket because he faced a criminal charge of murdering his wife Sapna.
It seems the Khosas have settled Sapna’s murder case by paying blood money to her family. With murder charge no more, Zulifiqar Khosa and son have suddenly popped their heads to malign their party leaders. Senior Khosa should have resigned his senator-ship before assailing his party men. Zulfiqar Khosa claimed that Sapna is living and drives around in a black land cruiser. He will do well to produce her so that his son Dost Khosa comes clean on the murder charge. Senior Khosa claimed in a TV talk show that he not be compared with Jawed Hashmi who changed many parties while he (Khosa) stood by one party.
How would he explain his son, Dost, becoming a Naib Nazim Dera Ghazi Khan during Pervez Elahi’s government? Moonis Elahi claimed in the assembly that Zulfiqar Khosa met his father many a time to appoint his son as Naib Nazim. A debate between Khosa and Saad Rafiq is in place to let the people know the truth.

A typical support from a Leghari due to which Khosa is not comfortable with Sharif brothers. Khosa has been an old guard of Muslim League and he claims that he was the election agent of Ms. Fatima Jinnah during her election against Ayub Khan. Even Nawaz Sharif was in Tehreek-e-Istaqlaal at that time.
These landowner classes will never become good humans. Khosa is the father of a murderer and soit is no surprise that he joined Quadru. Quadri sacrificed innocent workers in Model Town to further his agitation. The PAT workers fired upon the police and in the resulting fight many PAT workers died. Qadri is to blame , not the govt of punjab.
