KARACHI-
At least 34 suspects were arrested from different areas of the Karachi by the security authorities on Saturday, a private news channel reported.
According to Rangers’ spokesman, the raids were conducted in Katti Paharri, Cantt Station, Manghopir and Frontier Colony areas of the city from where the suspects allegedly involved in different criminal activities were arrested.
Following the arrests, the residents of the areas protested, claiming that those arrested were innocent citizens.
The raids followed the killing of three gang-war criminals in encounters in areas of Lyari on Saturday midnight.
