Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned indefinitely hearing of Mir Ali drone attack case as Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui is on leave.
IHC had ordered for registeration of a First information report (FIR) against CIA chief station Nathan and legal counsel over those killed in a drone attack in the area of Mir Ali in Waziristan but Secretariat Police Station SHO Nawaz Bhatti had not registered the FIR , in violation of the orders of the court.
The court had summoned SHO in the contempt of court case.
