QUETTA-
An explosion on Quetta’s Qambrani Road on Thursday killed three people and injured 11 others, private media reported.
According to reports, the explosion was followed by firing by unknown assailants.
The attack was reportedly targeting at a Frontier Corps (FC) vehicle with the bomb planted in a motorcycle.
Security forces were called in and the area of the attack was cordoned off.
Quetta is the capital of the south-western province of Balochistan where insurgents and extremist groups have a stronghold and have recently intensified attacks on national and security installations in the province.
