Female teacher held after students go missing

 

The police arrested a teacher on suspicion of abetting the alleged kidnapping of four female students of a government school in Sahiwal on Tuesday.

Reportedly, missing girls’ parents lodged a complaint with the police after Sundas, Iqra, Kiran and Shazmeen did not return home from school.

“Following numerous inquiries in the area, the families came to understand their daughters have gone missing together,” sources said.

Jumping into action, the police arrested a female teacher, who is currently being interrogated.

According to sources, the girls are class fellows studying at Government Girls Pilot School, Sahiwal.
