Stamp paper sellers were said to be creating artificial shortage and overcharging the people at Islamabad district courts and other areas of capital.

A citizen, Mohammad Yasir said, “I came in the morning to get stamp paper of Rs 20 for affidavit but could not find after two hours here.” He said that a shopkeeper at Sitara Market demanded Rs 200 for a stamp paper of Rs 20.
