On the same page with PAT chief, say PML-Q leaders

*Allied parties decide not to hold any rallies during Muharram, sit-in’s future to be revealed today

Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leaders, while talking to journalists on Monday, ruled out any difference with Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT) after meeting with PAT chief Tahirul Qadri at his Model Town residence.

PML-Q leader Chaudhry Pervez Elahi said that the PAT chief would announce next strategy of sit-in today.

He said that the news about differences between PML-Q and PAT leadership, over the issue of ending the sit-in being staged in federal capital for the past two months, is false.

Elahi said that the allied parties would not hold any public meeting or rally during the sacred month of Muharam.

He said that his party is standing with the PAT chief and would to support him until the end of Nawaz government.

Shujaat said that the government was deceiving the flood victims by giving them fake aid cheques.

He said victims of 2010 floods were still waiting for aid, adding that courts do not grant bail in case a cheque bounces.

He said five year period of Elahi government in Punjab was better than 15 years of Shahbaz government.

Earlier, PML-Q leaders called on the PAT chief and discussed next strategy of anti-govt protest and sit-in.

Sources have revealed that Qadri wants to end sit-in in the federal capital but Chaudhry brothers and Sheikh Rasheed are insisting the PAT chief to sustain it.
