MUZAFFARABAD-
At least 18 people were killed on Tuesday when a jeep plunged into a deep ravine in Neelum Valley of Azad Kashmir, a private news channel reported.
According to the report, the jeep, carrying at least 22 people, fell into a gorge in Jagran Area of the Neelum Valley. 18 people were killed while four were reported to be critically injured.
Sources added that the jeep veered off the narrow road possibly because the driver lost control of the vehicle as rain and snow had made the road slippery.
The bodies and injured have been shifted to nearby hospitals by rescue workers and local residents.
