ISLAMABAD-
Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Sun Weidong called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif here at the PM House, a private news channel reported.
According to officials, the two high-ups discussed matters of mutual interest as well as bilateral cooperation in various sectors.
It was added thatPM Sharif will most likely be embarking on his three-day visit to China from Nov 7, two months after Chinese President Xi Jinping cancelled his visit to Pakistan owing to anti-government protests in Islamabad by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT).
