Rafi Peer Theatre Workshop has organised the 13th Youth Performing Arts Festival 2014 in collaboration with the Royal Norwegian Embassy. The four-day festival, which kicks off today will be conducted at Alhamra Cultural Complex, Gaddafi Stadium.
Theatre, music, dance, films and puppet shows will be presented in the festival and the award ceremony will be held on Sunday.
