KARACHI-
At least four people were killed in different violent incidents in Karachi on Wednesday.
According to police and rescue officials, an alleged encounter between police and kidnappers in Korangi Industrial Area earlier today led to the killing of two accused when the law enforcers raided a house to free a two-year-old abducted gir.l
The accused who were killed have been identified as Anwaar-ul-Haq and Bilal Ali. Two of their accomplices managed to flee.
In two other separate incidents of violence in Orangi Town and Lyari, two people were shot dead.
A child was injured in a ‘ball bomb explosion’ in Surjani Town.
Reports added that the bomb was locally-made and it had exploded in hands of the minor boy.
