Capital Development Authority (CDA) has imposed ban on registries of plots in Islamabad zones 1, 2 and 4 and National Park area.
The authority has issued circular in this regard to registrar in order to bring to end illegal sale and purchase of plots and land in these areas.
Moreover, CDA has decided to initiate action against the elements found indulged in illegal sale and purchase of the land acquired by it in Zone-4 national park area. Enforcement department of CDA has been directed to take action against the persons found involved in carrying out agro farming, fish farming and cultivation of vegetables on the land acquired by it. CDA has sent a letter to registrar to slap ban on registries of plots in these areas forthwith.
