Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Chairman Mufti Muneebur Rehman was admitted to a hospital in Lahore after he fainted onboard a Lahore-bound flight.
Sources said that Rehman was given first aid treatment by flight attendants but his condition did not improve.
“The cleric was hospitalised as soon as the plane landed in Lahore. He was diagnosed with low blood pressure. The doctors monitored him for a while before discharging him,” the sources said, adding that the cleric is doing well at his house.
