Yang, Hung and Saying robbed of valuables worth Rs 6m

Three Chinese engineers were deprived of Rs 6 million near Hingorja on Sunday.

According to details, three Chinese engineers including Lee Yang, Lee Hung and Je Saying were on their way to Islamabad from Karachi by road along with driver Akbar Ali. When they reached near Achhi Kohi stop at National Highway in the jurisdiction of Hingorja Police Station, three unidentified armed motorcyclists intercepted their vehicle and robbed them of Chinese currency, Pak rupees, three mobile sets, lap top computer and valuables totalling over Rs 6 millions at gun point and escaped. Later the Chinese engineers reached PS Hingorja and lodged their report.

SHO Hingorja Hazaro Saheto said that the Chinese engineers were going to Islamabad without taking any security. He said they were conducting raids for the arrest of culprits. The engineers were sent to Islamabad after providing them some money with security.
