A drone strike in North Waziristan’s Datta Khel area left four people dead and another injured on Thursday.
The drone fired two missiles at a vehicle near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.
This is the fifth drone strike in five days.
In early hours of October 7, drones had fired two missiles at a compound at Kund Ghar area of Shawal and killed at least six while injuring nine persons. In the same area, US drone had targeted another compound of suspected militants at afternoon and eliminated at least eight more lives on the spot.
On October 6, a drone targeted another compound and a vehicle at the Mangronay area of Shawal and killed five persons while destroying the vehicle and the house.
At least five people were killed and two others were injured in a drone strike in North Waziristan’s Shawal area on October 5.
