Responding to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan’s criticism of the government, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid said Tuesday that Khan should go to the United States to stage a sit-in protest against drone attacks.
Alleging that Khan remained silent over Taliban’s terrorism, Rashid said, “Khan’s bravery disappears in front of terrorists.”
“Why doesn’t Khan protest against those drone attacks that the terrorists do in the form of suicide bombing?” he asked.
In a statement, Rashid said that Khan is that “naïve friend” who is harming the country.
“Khan is angry because Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif raised the Kashmir issue in the United Nations,” adding that those harming Pakistan’s economy through their politics are also Pakistan’s enemies.
