Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) has withdrawn a legal notice a few hours after serving it on Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for his critical tweet against PAT Chairman Tahirul Qadri.

Qadri reportedly decided to withdraw the notice saying that Bilawal is just like his own children while clarifying that his lawyer had sent the notice without his consent.

Per details, the Rs 1 billion legal notice was served to Bilawal by PAT’s counsel Ishtiaq Chaudhry on behalf of the PAT chief. The legal notice had directed Bilawal to either apologise or pay Rs 1 billion within 15 days.

Earlier, Bilawal had criticised Qadri – calling him a “cartoon” and saying that he speaks one thing one day and something completely opposite the next day.
