Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s member of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly MPA Javed Nasim has announced to stage a sit-in on main GT Road in Peshawar on Friday to expose “corruption and malpractices” of the PTI-led provincial government.

“The rampant corruption in the provincial government has forced me to take to the streets in protest,” said Nasim, adding that he had earlier handed over files containing proof of corruption by six provincial ministers to PTI Chairman Imran Khan but Khan had not paid any heed to the complaint.

Nasim said that he had already formed a like-minded group in the KP Assembly with the objective of lodging a protest against the corruption of provincial ministers.

Nasim, who won the elections from PK-3 Peshawar, told reporters that his sit-in will be on the pattern of PTI’s sit-in being held in Islamabad and would continue till the elimination of corruption from the province.

  1. Interesting – PML-N should fund and help this poor guy in the same way as they did to Hashmi.
Can some one tell more about this MPA Jave Nasim's background i.e from where and how he joined PTI.
