Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has joined hands with Ten Sports Network to provide high-quality on-demand sports content for customers in Pakistan.
The partnership will enable the PTCL customers to access sports content through Video on Demand (VOD) service along with advanced interactive features of PTCL SmartTV, such as Time-Shift and Catch-Up Television. Time-Shift TV will give viewers the control to ‘Pause’ and ‘Rewind’ any live sports program on Ten Sports. Similarly, with ‘Catch-Up TV’, viewers will be able to watch any live TV program that has been aired during the last 4 days on Ten Sports Network.
“PTCL is striving to bring highest quality television experience and entertainment content in Pakistan. Inclusion of on-demand sports segment will further enrich the lives of our customers by providing them freedom and flexibility to enjoy their favorite sports programs at their convenience,” said PTCL Video Services General Manager Yasir Manzoor.
Launched in 2002, Ten Sports is a premium sports network offering a wide array of cricket, football, golf and other sports programs.
As the largest Information Communication Technology (ICT) services provider, the PTCL believes in introducing state-of the-art communication solutions, catering to the needs of its diverse customer base.
A very incompetent PTCL which can hardly cope with its primery role has now decided to waste public time and money with its poor services.I was appalled to note that it’s 1217 man did not know the dialing code of Kuwait.
