Seven new dengue cases reported in Punjab

The dengue toll reached 118 Tuesday after seven new dengue cases were reported in Punjab.

Punjab Health Department sources said that seven people from Lahore and Rawalpindi districts were found affected with dengue.

Three victims including Asad, 22, of Chungi Amar Sidhu, Umer, 35, of Hamayun Colony, Khadija, 17, were under treatment at General Hospital Lahore, while Kamran, 23, Shahwaiz, 13, Rafique, 66, and Noman, 30, were being treated at Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi.

Punjab Health Department spokesperson said that provincial government was utilizing all available resources to keep a check on outspread of dengue.
