Supreme Court (SC) has dismissed contempt of court plea filed by director Quaid-e-AzamUniversity (QAU) Dr Rukhsana against former Vice Chancellor (VC) QAU, Masoom Yasin Zai.
The court has remarked the petitioner can resort to proper forum for seeking relief as per constitution.
This order was issued by a 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja here Wednesday.
The lady director gave her arguments but the court did not agree with them.
