Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Wednesday warned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) not to mess with the “lions” of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN).
“PML-N’s policy of restraint and civility must not be misinterpreted as its weakness. Don’t mess with lions!” read Maryam’s message on her Twitter handle, threatening PTI with dire consequences if it continued with its ‘Go Nawaz Go’ sloganeering.
“Seems PML-N workers have had enough of PTI vandalism. A tit-for-tat response & PTI won’t find a place to hide. Saw trailer in Wazirabad today,” she growled at the PTI in another tweet.
