Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah Tuesday said that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will walk with PPP workers and supporters on October 18 and not sit in a container.
Briefing journalists after a meeting of PPP Sindh Council at CM House, Shah said that the workers in the meeting would participate in large number in public gathering at Mazar-e-Quaid.
CM said that when Benazir Bhutto returned home ending her self-exile, a newspaper reported a sea of 3 million people who participated in that rally.
Shah said that he could not compare the gathering being organized on October 18 to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto (BB)’s gatherings but it would be a big one too.
PPP is introducing a young and new leader and his start would take place from October 18. Adding that Bilawal Bhutto wanted to walk on the path of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and BB, he further added.
About seven years had been passed to the martyrdom of BB but still people remember her, he said.
