Lahore High Court (LHC) has been moved for initiation of contempt of court proceedings against Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and all the four chief ministers for not implementing court’s orders on construction of Kalabagh Dam.
The petitioner AK Dogar has taken plea in his petition that the LHC has already ordered the government for construction of Kalabagh Dam but the government is not implementing court’s orders. Therefore, contempt of court proceedings should be initiated against the PM and the four chief ministers for violating court’s orders, he prayed.
