Following in his party Chairman Imran Khan’s footsteps, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi has paid the electricity bill of his Daulat Gate residence even though the party keeps on urging the masses not to pay their utility bills as part of a civil disobedience movement.
Qureshi has six meters installed at his residence and paid a bill amounting to over Rs 97,000.
Meanwhile, when journalists asked Qureshi about the case, he parried questions by terming them unnecessary. “I don’t find it necessary to respond to such non-serious and non-political discussions,” Qureshi said.
