As clichéd as it may sound, Pakistani nation stands at a grim crossroads where change is the necessity of the hour. Presently, not only the federal capital but also major cities of Pakistan are echoing calls for change. With a fledgling democracy like ours, changes if not well intended will surely create graver issues than the ones with which we are already afflicted with. Change is something that we all being Pakistanis yearn for but surely not at the expense of our national interests and priorities.
Claiming to bring a revolutionary change through his Azadi March, Mr Imran Khan has made us all aware of how ignorant we were of his narcissistic and apathetic side. Leading a month-long march and sit-in, he claims that he feels for the Pakistani nation and hence is on the roads to fight for their rights. If this is so, then why is it that all of his antics aim at threatening democratic apparatus of Pakistan? Why does he call for a civil disobedience movement against a democratically elected government? Why is he adamant on afflicting economic losses to Pakistan?
He repeatedly denies the fact that the postponement of Chinese President’s visit to Pakistan was not a consequence of his march as if sabotaging the nerve centre was no big deal. Why is he blinded to the damages that his callous attitude is causing to the Pakistani stock exchange? Why is it that every evening when the stage does set for his elaborate speeches, he never talks about the IDPS nor the flood victims? His speeches might amuse a lot of people but sorry to say they manifest his political immaturity as a democratic leader which he claims to be. The major chunk of his speeches is marked by derogatory language against the government and its affiliates.
It seems as if besides criticising the government he has nothing else to offer. It seems that Mr Khan is a Pakistani version of a Don borrowed from Bollywood who is apt at bragging and making sweeping statements, but is not capable of accomplishing a shred of his ideal aims. Its time that sense prevails and he realises his responsibility as a national leader.

IK and Qadri both has damaged country's image abroad, both should be punished for their wrong doings. IK did not disclose why he is not calling his sons to dhrana. Likewise Qadri has no business, he is enjoying on poor people money (donations/Chandas). He should be ashamed on his actions. Can both do same thing in London and Canada.
