Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to Establishment Division, Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) chairman and PAC Kamra aircraft manufacturing factory managing director and sought report from them within 15 days in PAC Attock employees promotion case.
A single bench of IHC comprising Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi took up for hearing PAC Kamra cantt employees case Monday.
Muhammad Ramzan counsel for the petitioners appeared in the court and told that over 50 employees including Muhammad Aurangzeb, Muhammad Bashir, Muhammad Javed, Syed Mudassar Shah are serving in PAC Kamra Cantt on different posts. They include highly qualified engineers, assistant and employees of other categories. The department while overlooking these employees had promoted junior employees to next grade. This way the fundamental rights of these employees are being violated and their constitutional right is not being given to them, he argued.
He prayed the court to issue orders for promoting these employees to next grade. He also told the court that case of these employees is pending hearing in the court since the last several months and no reply is being furnished by the department.
