A case has been registered as per ruling of High Court’s Multan bench against Punjab former law minister Rana Sanaullah for allegedly using inappropriate and provocative language against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
A resident of Multan had filed a petition in the High Court seeking a case registration against Sanaullah for allegedly using inappropriate language against the PTI chairman.
The petitioner contended that the former provincial law minister tried to incite violence against Khan which may deteriorate law and order situation.
The High Court accepting the petitioner’s point of view, ordered Chehleek Police Station station house officer (SHO) to register the case against Sanaullah under Act 153.
It is pertinent to mention that Sanaullah had allegedly issued provocative statement on a news channel, asking people to storm Imran Khan with shoes upon his arrival at Aabpara.
