Pakistan Army on Friday said it would chase and hunt down terrorists hiding in remote tribal areas in North Waziristan Agency.
Director General (DG) Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) General Asim Bajwa tweeted on his official account at the mircoblogging site Twitter saying that many militants have been hiding in and beyond the area of Datta Khel after being targeted by ground and air assaults and would now be chased out from their hideouts.

Pak Army says it has killed more than a thousand militants and lost 86 soldiers since the start of the operation ‘Zarb-e-Azb’, though the numbers cannot be independently verified as journalists do not have regular access to the combat zone.
Since June 15, airstrikes, artillery, mortars and ground troops have all been used to retake territory in North Waziristan tribal region, which had become a haven for fighters with the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and other militant outfits.
