It is to bring the attention of our Khadim-e-Alla to the heinous incident of rape of a young girl in Faisalabad by three politically influential sons of his party’s MNA and their six accomplices, as initially reported.
Although the initial medical report proved the validity of her claim to a great extent, yet the case was withdrawn by her the very next day. Respected CM, this case is an epitome of the precarious system of justice prevailing in our society. It is next to impossible for the weak to get justice and particularly when the case involved the sitting government MPA’s name.
It is my humble request to the CM Punjab, if not for the sake of justice then for the sake of his party reputation, please take notice of this incident and bring the culprits to the book. And don’t wait for the day when she would ablaze herself and he would be visiting the aggrieved family offering compensation and condolence.
