Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said Tuesday that North Waziristan Agency (NWA) will soon be cleared of terrorists and permanent peace will be restored in the area.
Meeting a NWA jirga delegation led by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Fazlur Rahman, which called on him at the PM House, Sharif said that that government is trying its best to ensure early repatriation of internally displaced persons (IDPs) of NWA to their houses so that they could start their lives afresh in an atmosphere of peace and stability.
Lauding the bravery of the tribesmen, especially those hailing from NWA, the PM said that they have given great sacrifices for long term peace in Pakistan and the entire nation is proud of them.
Earlier, Rehman apprised the PM of the difficulties being faced by the displaced families and regretted that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is oblivious to the IDP’s problems.
What is the discrimination between the terrorist being killed at Waziristan, and the terrorist who killed the innocent unarmed citizens in Model towns and in peaceful agitation participants at Islamabad ? any one can clarify this ?
