ISLAMABAD-
On the orders of Islamabad District and Sessions court issued on Monday, a case has been registered on Wednesday against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, three federal ministers, IG Punjab and IG Islamabad, a local TV news channel reported.
Charges of murder and terrorism have been filed against the accused in the FIR, registered in Secretariat Police Station.
The court had issued the orders in a case hearing regarding killing of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) workers in aclash with Islamabad riot police on August 31 during march towards the Parliament House.
The court had directed Islamabad police to book PM Sharif, CM Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Railways Minister Saad Rafique, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, IG Islamabad Khalid Khattak, IG Punjab, IG Railways in the FIR.
