- 12 soldiers, 3 civilians injured as Army vehicle runs over footpath
At least 15 people including 12 Pakistan Army officials were injured in a road accident on Murree Road near Rawal Chowk early Monday morning.
According to police sources, a vehicle of the Pakistan Army ran over a footpath due to speeding when they were going back to their unit in Chaklala after performing their duties in Red Zone Islamabad.
Another vehicle, which was coming from behind, collided with it, resulting in the injuries.
The injured were shifted to Islamabad Polyclinic Hospital for medical treatment.
