Latest military airstrikes on Monday killed at least 15 suspected militants in North Waziristan tribal region, according to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
A statement released by ISPR said that gunship helicopters targeted militant hideouts in Tabayi area, killing 15 militants.
Ten explosive-laden vehicles and five terrorist hideouts were also destroyed in the action.
Earlier on Wednesday, army struck five militant hideouts in Dattakhel and Shawal Valley, killing 65 insurgents.
According to a foreign news agency, last week’s deaths brought to the number of militants killed since mid-June to almost 975 in air and ground attacks in North Waziristan.
The area, however, is off limits to journalists, making it impossible to confirm military claims independently.
That would great for entire Pakistani Nation, Army should also kill bad politicians in Pakistan like this.. An air strike on National Assembly would help a lot to overcome some financial issues of Pakistan.
