Police station burning case: 11 PAT workers sent to jail

As many as 11 workers of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek on suspicion of burning police station of Quaidabad and resistance police arrest have been sent to jail.

The accused workers of PAT were sent to jail after appearing before Anti-Terrorism Court of Sargodha. Khushab police presented the accused before the court on Monday after which the court sent the accused to jail on judicial remand after a short hearing and ordered to present the accused again before court on October 1.

It would be worth mentioning that the court ordered to release them on bail in another case, however, after this police presented them before the court in suspicion of burning a police station and ransacking.

After the order of DCO Sargodha, 55 workers of PTI and PAT for 15 days house arrest were shifted to Sargodha and Shahpur Jail by District Police Sargodha.

Numbers of the house arrested persons have reached 150.
