Session Court Model Town Sunday has directed to release 52 Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) workers immediately. The workers were arrested under Section 144 and were presented before the court in Model Town. Earlier, they were sent to jail on judicial remand.
After reviewing the accusations on the arrested workers, the court observed that the crimes were not enough to arrest them and ordered to release the workers immediately.
The court directed that the evidence against the workers was not enough and they should be arrested again only if there was enough evidence against them.
